The Confectioner in Engadine

A little vanilla, some cocoa, a twist of lime and a shot of Amaretto... mix, cream, fold, melt – and there you have a macaroon. Our Pâtissière has a soft spot for wonderful cakes, extraordinary pastries and sumptuous desserts. The Swiss have long had a great affinity with pastries and sweets.
